If you work with a large number of accounts, you probably know how important it is to be able to 🛠 organize your workspace according to your preferences. This is necessary, first of all, for quick and convenient navigation through profiles. And it doesn’t matter what system you will implement. The main thing is that you understand it.

One of the options for convenient organization of profiles is the ability to 📁 group them into folders. For example, profiles for a specific platform like Google, TikTok, crypto or an affiliate program. And here’s our guide on how it’s implemented in ✅ Dolphin Anty.

Start of Work ⚙️

The work begins with displaying a list of folders — to do this, click on the two arrows in the upper left corner of the browser window in the “Browser profiles” menu section.

After that, the folder control panel will appear:

1. Searching field for a folder;
2. The “Create folder” button 📁 in the form of a folder;
3. The “All profiles” button to display a list of profiles regardless of the folder;
4. The “+Create folder” button, which disappears after the first folder is created.

Folder creation 📂

To create a folder, you can click on the folder icon or the “+Create folder” button. Here you will need to come up with a name and confirm the action.

After that, the folder will appear in the 📋 list, and you can start working with it. There are three basic actions that you can do when you click the three dots to the right of the folder name: 

1. “Edit” to change the name and delete the folder; 
2. “Pin Folder” to pin the folder to the top of the list; 
3. “Delete” to delete the folder.

❗️🫨 ATTENTION: when deleting a folder, you can delete it with or without profiles. Pay attention to this button.

Adding Profiles to Folder 🗂

🔥 Dolphin Anty almost always gives its users several options for performing the same action so that they can work in the most convenient way. The same thing is with the distribution of profiles into folders. Let’s consider both abailable options.

Option 1

This option allows you to add profiles in bulk. You tick the ones you need and select “Add to folder” on the panel that appears at the bottom. In the opened window just click on the one folder you need and confirm the action.

That’s it — the selected profiles are in the folder. Now, when you click on it, you will see only those of them that have been added. In addition, when all profiles are on display, their folders will be indicated to the right of their names. If you hide the list of folders, the name of the one that is 🙌🏻 open will still be visible at the top.

Option 2

In this case, profiles are added to the folder one by one. To do this, you need to click the “Folders” button in the profile line, select the desired one from the list and add it.

❗️🫨 ATTENTION: If you do not have a column where folders are displayed, you can add it using the “Configuration” button at the top right of the window with the list of profiles. 

Profile Removal from Folder 🗑

To delete a profile from a folder, you need to select the desired ones and in the panel that appears at the bottom, click the button ❌ “Remove from folder”. Then confirm the action and that’s it.

Folder Sorting ⬇️⬆️

In 📌 Dolphin Anty, folders can be swapped. To do this, simply hold down the six dots to the left of the folder name and drag it to the desired location.

What You Need to Know about Working with Folders in Dolphin Anty 🤔

• Profiles can be added to folders in bulk or one by one;
• Folders can be deleted both with and without profiles;
• One profile can only be in one folder.
